Prevents metal oxides from chrome cobalt alloys, non-precious and semi-precious alloys.
Results in an excellent ceramic bond while retaining the original shade of the porcelain.
As it is a ceramic material, it bonds extremely well with opaques.
A layer of 10-20 microns is sufficient. No dark margins, even close to metal collars.

By bonding porcelain directly to chrome cobalt castings you can save 90% of the cost of your metal. No special preparation is necessary. Apply the microfine ceramic bonding agent directly to the clean sand-blasted surface of the casting.

Chrome cobalt bonding agent enables you to bond directly onto your casting; it is therefore ideal for those areas which are most difficult to treat: bars, attachments and minor imperfections caused by abnormalities of the occlusion. For the first time it is possible to cast a framework in one piece complete with its attachments and then apply porcelain crowns & veneers.

Bonding

The microfine layer of bonding material ensures a perfect bond between the porcelain and chrome-cobalt. The agent effectively occludes any unwanted metallic oxides so there is no discoloration even after several firings.
